Hey!  I'm Jason.  

I'm a recovering network marketer.  In a pervious life I built two 7-figure businesses and spoke for audiences of over 15,000 people.  Yet on the inside I felt like something was missing.

I had always believed that a certain level of money and status would be the pinnacle of happiness.  And yet the higher I climbed the less fulfilled I became.

When I finally mustered up enough courage to walk away I felt incredibly overwhelmed.  Who was I without my career?  What would I do for a living?  How would I provide for my family?  

The turning point was when I decided to invest into a business coach.  Despite feeling like I wasn't ready to invest (what I thought was a big amount) and feeling like it was a bad time (beginning of Covid-19) I took the plunge.

It sounds cliche but everything changed in 90 days. One of the key philosophies I learned to embody was, "You don't get what you want, you get what you give."

That mantra allowed me to get out of my own way and seek impact rather than income.  

I found so many entrepreneurs and professionals that had similar experiences.  Each who wanted to find ways to impart their unique gifts yet also earn what they believed they were worth.
